Description
The Teknik Clifton Place Executive Desk is a charming and delightfully neutral coloured option for all styles of office and colour schemes. This mid century styled desk benefits from a large desktop working surface which provides more than ample space for writing and computer work. It also includes a flip-down slide-out keyboard/mouse shelf, two file drawers with full extension slides for holding letter-size hanging files as well as four storage drawers featuring metal runners with safety stops. The desk top has grommet holes for electrical cord access to ensure you can wire up your necessary hardware in a neat and orderly fashion. Beautifully finished in a Grand Walnut effect with solid wooden feet, this desk will blend effortlessly within your working area. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
