The Teknik Avon Leather Handled Desk is a charming and delightfully contrasting coloured option for all styles of office and colour schemes. It also includes two file drawers with full extension slides for holding letter-size hanging files as well as four storage drawers featuring metal runners with safety stops in a beautiful contrasting white accent. The drawer fronts also feature an ununusal yet stunning addition of drawer pulls in durable brown leather for an extra touch of class. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
