Description

Modelled for a contemporary kitchen counter, this bar stool features an ergonomically moulded cage like metal back that scoops down to a solid wooden seat. Made from mango wood the seats natural variation adds an interesting contrast to the powder coated metal frame. The rod construction under the seat acts as a footrest emphasizing a mindfully designed bar stool that is perfect for guests to perch on as you prepare your signature dish. Forming a stylishly geometric silhouette with uncluttered and sleek lines it will sit as perfectly in trendy cafes as it will in a mid century modern kitchen.

Our Stylist Says

I love this bar stool for its sleek and versatile look, which effortlessly blends industrial charm with modern simplicity. The mix of natural wood seat and black metal frame makes it a great fit for both contemporary and rustic interiors, especially in open-plan kitchens or breakfast bars. When styling, consider pairing it with minimalist surfaces or mixing with softer textures like tactile textiles to prevent the industrial feel from becoming too cold. Practical tips include using it alongside a narrow counter for comfort, and layering with colourful accessories or cushions on nearby seating to add a personalised touch. Overall, it’s a functional yet stylish piece that works well in casual settings or more refined spaces, depending on your approach.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
