Description
Ted Baker Portobello soft short pile rug in rust pink - 10 mm polyester pile with wool-look texture, non-shedding and colourfast fibres for lasting tone. Dense 2400 g/m² construction and stable polyester backing keep the rug looking neat and flat. Easy to clean with regular vacuuming, ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and dining spaces.
Our Stylist Says
I love this rug because of its soft, plush pile and warm rust pink hue, which adds a cosy yet contemporary touch to any space. It works particularly well in lived-in areas like living rooms or bedrooms, where comfort is key, and the colour lends itself to both modern and eclectic interiors. For styling, consider pairing it with neutral or muted furniture to let the rug become a standout feature, or offset it with darker accessories for a grounded look. Practical tips include layering it over a larger, neutral-toned rug if you want added warmth and durability underfoot, and using non-slip pads to keep it secure, especially in high-traffic zones. Its versatile colour and soft texture make it an easy, stylish addition to many schemes.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
