Description

Sleek lighting style for the exterior of your house with the Taylor Outdoor Up or Down LED Wall Light. Finished in white, this wall light blends perfectly with white walls and doors for a seamless appearance. It also is IP54 rated and features integrated LED technology for energy efficiency.

Our Stylist Says

I really like this wall light for its clean, contemporary design and its practical IP54 rating, making it perfect for outdoor use. Its white finish adds a fresh, versatile touch that works well with modern minimalist facades, as well as traditional settings when paired with natural materials. It’s an ideal choice for illuminating doorways, patios, or garden pathways without overwhelming the overall aesthetic. For styling, consider placing it in pairs beside a front door for symmetry, or using it to highlight architectural features. Its simple silhouette lends itself to a range of styles-from contemporary to coastal-making it a flexible option for enhancing both the form and function of outdoor spaces.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
