Description
The result of superb glasswork, the Tartan ceiling light imposes unique personality in any space, with an irresistibly haute-couture spirit. Thanks to the technique of hand-blowing glass into a mould with particular incisions, the blown-glass diffuser is enriched with lines and pleating that are reminiscent of the pattern on tartan fabrics, creating a graphic play on light and shadow. The acid-etching technique used for the glass surface also creates a sense of softness in the material, not unlike fabric. Rich in its material and fascinating in its personality, Tartan gives off a warm, softened light in the surrounding space, filtered by the opalescent glass that guarantees good, downwards-directed lighting. We love this light and its pure, graphic presence.
