Description

Inspired by traditional Turkish kaftans, the Tanaman Cushion Cover is crafted from tussar silk, also known as "wild silk". This material is gathered locally from Indian forests where the silkworms dwell. Each cushion cover is handwoven and features a striking double-sided design; a red circular ikat print on one side contrasts with a block of dark blue on the other. Available in a variety of colours, this piece – designed by one of our co-founders, Sue Jones – brings bright, global appeal to your home.

Our Stylist Says

This cushion cover is a great way to inject colour and pattern into both classic and contemporary interiors. I love the bold red and dark blue tones-perfect for adding a pop of colour to neutral sofas or armchairs. It works particularly well styled with natural textures like linen or rattan, making it versatile across living rooms or bedrooms. Practical styling tips include mixing it with other cushions in solid colours or subtle patterns to create layered interest, or pairing it with more subdued tones for a striking contrast. It’s a straightforward way to elevate a space without fuss, making it an easy update for any room.
