Description
Taj is the newest arrival in the Kartell Lights family. More than a lamp, it is a three dimensional sign, a sculpture of light, a presence that keeps us company on our desk or on a piece of furniture. Although Taj is a table lamp, it is a departure from the stereotype which demands that it be articulated, jointed and mechanised and leans towards a simple shape that is a practical answer to the function it is called upon to perform. Beautiful both when turned on and when turned off, Taj exploits LED technology to optimise and minimise the light source as much as possible and at the same time it is a new step in the corporate technical challenge to produce an object from it unique know-how. Taj is produced in the completely "naked" transparent version, in the "frozen" translucent plastic version and in the shiny matte coloured version.
