Price History
Description
The Sydney Non Slip Hallway Runner is a long, hard-wearing plain runner made for the busiest parts of the home, from narrow halls and corridors to landings and kitchens. A hard-wearing low 9mm pile takes heavy foot traffic and still lets doors clear it easily, while a heavy-duty rubber backing grips wood, tile, laminate and carpet to keep it in place and help prevent trips. Care is simple: vacuum regularly on a low setting and spot clean any spills promptly with a damp cloth. Available in a choice of colours and sizes.
Our Stylist Says
I love the Sydney Non Slip Hallway Runner in red for its practicality and vibrant colour, which adds warmth and a welcoming feel to any hallway. Its non-slip backing makes it ideal for high-traffic areas where safety is a priority. It works well in both traditional and modern interiors-think paired with classic wooden flooring or contemporary tiles-and brings a splash of colour without overwhelming the space. For styling, I recommend keeping the surrounding decor neutral to let the runner stand out or complementing it with other red accents in the hallway, like cushions or artwork, for a cohesive look. It’s perfect for adding comfort and safety while also delivering a sleek, polished finish.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
