Description
Product Information The Model 08 2.5 seater sofa bed has both seating and overnight stays covered. Not only does it unfold to a king sized bed, but it's as comfortable as a king sized bed. It's ideal for smaller living rooms and spare bedrooms, where space is a premium. Plus, the Model 08's easy fold-out system makes setting up spare rooms a breeze. Moulds to the body, snaps back to shapeThis sofa bed has a foam mattress. The foam acts like springs, moulding to the body for a supported sleep, but returning to the mattress's original shape when not in use. Unfolds from sofa to bedStarting as a sofa, the blocks of foam simply fold out to become a mattress, converting the model into a bed. About Swyft's fabric optionsAll inherently durable and resilient to everyday life, the boucles, wools, chenilles, and soft linens offer a softer, more textured option. The velvets, linens, suedes, and cottons are all made with stain-resistant threads so you don't need to worry about your clumsy friend, over-excited child or boisterous pet making a mess. Our Stylist Says
I love this sofa for its clean, contemporary silhouette paired with a rich, inviting colour that works beautifully in both modern and eclectic interiors. The dark leg detail adds a subtle grounding element, making it versatile for various colour schemes and styles. It’s ideal in spaces where you want a statement piece without overwhelming the room. For styling, consider pairing it with textured throws and cushions in neutral or complementary shades to soften the look, or add a pop of contrasting colour for visual interest. Its compact two-seater size makes it perfect for smaller living rooms or as an accent piece in larger open-plan spaces. Practical tip: choose low-profile or leg-showing tables nearby to let those sturdy legs shine and keep the space feeling open.

About John Lewis
A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion
John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.
What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.
Adapting to Changing Times
Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.
Commitment to a Greater Purpose
John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
