With elegant curved arms and deep seated cushions, the SWIFT left hand chaise Italian woven bali fabric black and white sofa gives a nod to a mid-century design. Created in the Habitat design studio, it offers the upmost comfort with plump, foam and feather filled seat cushions and scattered feather filled back cushions. Finishing touches include dark oak legs and stitch details along the curved arms. It’s upholstered in a durable viscose mix fabric with a two-tone effect for added texture and detail. The Birth of Habitat
In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.
The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.
