Description
The shelves of the designer Ferréol Babin consist of surfaces with random contours, which hardly seem to touch. Their colors and their softened angles make them objects both functional and practical, as discrete and endearing. Suspended on the wall, these shelves work alone or in groups, punctuating the space with small clouds of colors on which come vases, books, plants or memories of travel.
Our Stylist Says
I really like this surface large shelf; its clean, contemporary design makes it a versatile piece that works well in modern and minimalist interiors. The generous 80 cm length offers plenty of room for displaying books, plants, or decorative accessories, making it both functional and stylish. I would suggest pairing it with neutral or earthy tones for a calming palette, or adding vibrant accents for a pop of colour. Practical styling tips include layering items of varying heights to add visual interest, and mixing textures to create depth. It’s a great option for living rooms, kitchens, or offices where streamlined organisation is desired without sacrificing aesthetic appeal.
