Our Stylist Says
I love this shaggy high pile rug for its cosy, plush feel underfoot, making it ideal for entryways or living spaces where comfort is key. Its neutral silver tone is versatile and works well in contemporary, Scandinavian, or minimalist interiors, adding a layer of texture without overpowering the design. For styling, consider pairing it with sleek furniture and minimal accessories to let the rug be the statement piece, or layer it with other soft furnishings for extra warmth. Practical tips include placing a non-slip pad underneath to keep it secure, and pairing it with neutral or muted tones in surrounding decor to maintain a calm, inviting atmosphere.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
