Description

For those larger beds looking for a simple, soft bedding style, this white stonewashed set is a fantastic choice thanks to the minimalist design! The set is finished in white and is fit for a super king size bed, with a duvet cover and pair of pillowcases included to allow you to give a consistent theme across the bed. This set is made from 100% cotton and has a 155 thread count, resulting in a softer feel for a more comforting effect whenever you climb under the covers.

Our Stylist Says

A crisp, white linen look like this is a versatile choice that suits a range of interior styles, from minimalist Scandinavian to classic coastal. I love how the super king size offers a luxurious, hotel-inspired feel, while the stonewashed cotton adds a relaxed, lived-in texture that softens the overall aesthetic. It works particularly well layered with neutral-toned throws and cushions for a layered, inviting look. Practical styling tips include pairing it with textured or patterned bedding for contrast or keeping it minimalist for a clean, fresh vibe. This set is perfect for creating a calm and restful bedroom environment that feels both elegant and effortless.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
