Description

The bedding that you use in your bedroom has a huge impact on the interior, with the design helping to build an image for the décor whilst the feel of the bedding will dictate how comfortable the bed is! This super king size set is perfect for larger beds in a modern setting, with the splash of red colour giving a unique pop to the space, complimenting the on-trend Aztec print fantastically. This super king duvet cover and pair of pillowcases are made of 100% cotton and have a thread count of 150, ensuring a softer touch for extra comfort.

Our Stylist Says

I love the bogoland bedding in salmon for its versatile colour that adds warmth and a subtle vibrancy to a bedroom. It works really well in boho, eclectic, or coastal interiors where layered textures and patterns create an inviting look. For styling, I recommend pairing it with neutral or soft-toned cushions to let the salmon pop without overwhelming the space. It’s also great for adding colour to bedroom schemes that lean on earthy tones or faded hues, acting as a statement piece while remaining approachable. Practical tips include mixing it with textured throws or natural materials like linen or jute for a cosy, lived-in feel-perfect for cosy, relaxed bedrooms.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
