Designed by scientist, mathematician, inventor, author and poet, Piet Hein, the Super Elliptical table was inspired by his solution to a traffic problem at Sergels Torg in Stockholm - namely, a 'super-elliptical roundabout'. The Super Elliptical Table has no ends, leading to its description as a 'democratic' table, at which everyone who sits around it is equal. Part of a series of 'super' tables, this model is generously sized and is extendable up to 3 metres. Expertly crafted from white laminate with a curved aluminium edge and chrome legs, the extendable Super Elliptical Table is the perfect solution for gathering your guests.
