Our Stylist Says
This bed is a great choice for adding a modern, sophisticated touch to a bedroom, especially in contemporary or urban-inspired interiors. The charcoal velvet offers a luxe feel that pairs well with both minimalist palettes and more layered, textured schemes. Its bold headboard and footboard, with their height and tufted detailing, create a striking focal point that works beautifully against neutral or darker wall colours. Practical styling tips include layering with textured bed linen and cushions to soften the look, and contrasting it with sleek bedside tables or metallic accents for a polished finish. This piece combines comfort with style, making it versatile for a range of interior styles from chic city flats to more eclectic, modern spaces.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
