Description
Nils Strinning's string® shelf system was originally created in 1949, and is now considered a design classic thanks to its versatility and understated aesthetic. The selection of shelves, storage and desk sections can be combined to suit your needs, and can be easily expanded or reconfigured as your requirements change. This bundle of two string shelving units will introduce a Scandi-inspired storage accent to your space. Its six shelves, of two different sizes, are secured firmly in place with the string side racks, which fasten to the wall. Overall dimensions of shelving unit: H75 x W140 x D30cm. John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
