Description
Many of German designer Konstantin Grcic's products have won international design awards and his work is part of the permanent collections of the most important design museums (such as MoMA in New York and the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris). Created in 2016, the Stool-Tool looks like a monolithic sculpture and invites users to spontaneously try out its many options. With its step-shaped platforms, Stool-Tool unites chair and side table in a single object. Its use intuitively reveals lots of possible seating positions and functions: stool, step, side table. The backrest platform can be used as a small work or storage surface. Lightweight and stackable, the Stool-Tool can be easily transported thanks to a cut-out handle. It can be used indoors and out. A versatile work tool, Stool-Tool is a multifunctional piece of office furniture that brings added value to any workspace. Stool-Tool is suitable for the most varied fields of use: office as well as living room, library, children's room, including areas used as workshops and for meetings.
