Description

Stanley Palena Corner Mount 360 Degree PIR Sensor, Black

Our Stylist Says

I really like the Stanley Palena Corner Mount 360 Degree PIR Sensor because of its sleek, modern design that blends well with contemporary exteriors. It’s a versatile addition for outdoor spaces, perfect for those seeking functional security without compromising style. Its black finish makes it adaptable to different colour schemes and materials-whether brick, wood, or metal. For practical styling tips, consider positioning it to highlight architectural features or garden pathways, while keeping the sensor unobstructed to maximise effectiveness. It works particularly well in minimalist or monochrome outdoor aesthetics, adding a subtle, integrated technology element that enhances both safety and curb appeal.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
