Description

Light up your home’s exterior with the new Stanley Neda Outdoor 2 Light up & Down Wall Light with PIR Sensor – a perfect addition to any home’s outdoor lighting, providing a practical illumination and a stylish, clean white design. This IP44 rated wall fitting can withstand all outdoor weather conditions while lighting up the outside of your home, making it great for any pathway, doorway or patio, especially due to its security PIR Sensor: a feature that senses movement and turns on.

Our Stylist Says

I really like this outdoor wall light for its clean, modern design and practical features. Its white finish keeps it versatile, allowing it to blend seamlessly with contemporary and minimalist exteriors, while the up and down lighting creates a balanced, inviting glow that enhances architectural details. The PIR sensor adds a smart, functional touch-perfect for security and energy efficiency. When styling, it works well on neutral tones or textured surfaces like brick or wood, and can be paired with similar understated outdoor fixtures for a cohesive look. Practical tip: position it near entrances or paths to maximise both security and aesthetic appeal, ensuring the sensor is optimally placed for reliable activation.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
