Description
Spokes expresses a feeling of lightness and movement. As if by magic, the light filtered through a geometric mesh structure projects a kaleidoscope of voids and solids. The Garcia-Cumini studio delivers a contemporary, graphic interpretation of traditional oriental lanterns… A true light sculpture with generous dimensions, Spokes remains light and airy thanks to its incredible grid structure. The multiple metal wires reproduce the graphic, hypnotic effect of a moving bicycle wheel (hence the name “Spokes”). Its openwork shape, combined with LED technology, provides light that’s both functional and poetic. The LED light sources integrated into the bottom of the lampshade simultaneously light up and down, creating pretty projections on the walls. Its My Light function lets you control and personalise your lighting through an app that can be activated and used via Bluetooth on your smartphone, tablet or your own smart device. It’s very simple to use: just activate Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet, download the free app and switch on your My. Light. Once the light is recognised by the app, you can start switching it on and off, adjust the intensity and colour temperature, and create your own scenographies. The Timer lets you automatically activate or deactivate the scenographies, even when your smartphone or tablet is switched off.
