Originally designed in 1969 for the Spiegel Publishing House in Hamburg, Verner Panton’s Spiegel Wall and Ceiling Light in brushed aluminium is produced by his design house, Verpan, to this day. Exquisitely crafted from brushed aluminium, its speaker-like composure presents a mesmerising floating illusion, making it the perfect centrepiece to statement-making interior décors. Completed with a black fabric cord, it is suitable for hanging on walls and ceilings alike. Gifted with a unique sense of colour, shape and light, Verner Panton is renowned across the globe as one of Denmark's most influential designers. Boldly creating furniture and lighting that was completely unlike the work of his contemporaries, Panton's designs are housed in collections at New York's MoMA, Copenhagen's Danish Museum of Art and Design and the Design Museum in London. Requires: 1x max. 60W E14 bulb (not included).
