I’m a fan of the Space 2-in-1 table for its smart, minimalist design and dual function: it sits neatly as a low coffee table in concrete-effect with white sides, then extends to 170cm as a casual dining surface. Its clean lines and neutral palette suit Scandi, industrial or contemporary schemes, especially in open-plan apartments where flexibility matters.
Styling tip: keep the top uncluttered with a slim tray of ceramics or a simple vase of greenery, then when you pull it out for dining, layer in place-mats and match with lightweight, stackable chairs or transparent acrylic stools. A slim runner down the middle can help define the dining zone and protect the surface without hiding its concrete texture.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
