Our Stylist Says
I really like the songmics rail - it's a practical addition to both modern and minimalist interiors, offering a clean and simple aesthetic with its white finish. It works well in a variety of spaces, from walk-in wardrobes and utility rooms to small apartments where space-efficient storage is key. I recommend styling it with a mix of hangers in neutral tones alongside some colourful scarves or accessories to add visual interest. Utilizing the storage shelf for shoes, baskets, or folded items can help keep clutter at bay, making it a versatile piece that combines function with understated style. Its portability and straightforward design mean it’s perfect for those who want flexible, temporary storage without compromising on a sleek look.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
