Made from 220 gm2 polyester with a PU coating, it is water-resistant and opaque, offering UPF 50 protection against fading. The robust and durable design features high-quality steel housing and rust-resistant zinc-nickel alloy screws. Assembly is worry-free with the included accessory kit and clear instructions, while the ground bracket with protective cap ensures convenient mounting. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
