Our Stylist Says
I love the gonk oil burner for adding a quirky, playful touch to seasonal or Halloween-inspired interiors. Its multicoloured finish and fun design make it a standout piece in a mantle, side table, or shelf display. It works particularly well in eclectic, modern rustic, or cottagecore settings where its character can shine. To style it effectively, consider pairing with other Halloween-themed decor or a mix of textured ceramics and warm lighting to create a cosy, inviting vibe. Practical tips include using it as a focal point on a central table or counter, and ensuring it’s paired with complementary colours or objects for a cohesive look. It’s a fantastic piece to bring a bit of fun and personality to your seasonal styling.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
