Description

A lovely addition to your garden, the Solar Windmill is full of vintage charm. Designed like an old-fashioned windmill, this ornament features lovely floral and grass decoration around the bottom, with a small door and windows, along with four wood-effect blades that will really turn. Small,solar-powered LEDs are studded along with the blades, and as the sun goes down these LEDs will automatically turn on to bring a whimsical vibe.

Our Stylist Says

I love this little windmill garden ornament for its playful character and subtle lighting. It works well in rustic, cottage, and garden-inspired exteriors, adding a whimsical touch without overwhelming the space. For styling, I’d suggest positioning it amongst greenery or near a cosy seating area to create a charming focal point. Practical tips include placing it where it can catch the sun to maximise the solar-powered lights, and pairing it with other outdoor ornaments or lanterns for a cohesive garden scheme. Its warm glow can also extend into evening, making it both a decorative and ambient addition to any outdoor setting.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
