Our Stylist Says
The beige solar-powered LED lighted patio umbrella is a versatile piece that combines practicality with contemporary style. I love how its neutral tone enables it to seamlessly integrate into both modern and traditional outdoor settings, adding a relaxed yet polished vibe. It works particularly well in minimalistic or coastal-inspired gardens, where its understated elegance complements natural textures and colour schemes. For a balanced look, pair it with rattan or wooden furniture, and consider adding some warm-toned cushions to enhance the cosy feel. Practical styling tips include positioning it over dining areas or lounge spaces for effortless shade and ambience, and utilising its LED feature for atmospheric lighting after dark - perfect for extended outdoor entertaining.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
