Our Stylist Says
I love this telescopic wardrobe rack for its practicality and flexibility-it’s perfect for maximising space in smaller interiors or multi-use rooms. Its adjustable design allows you to tailor it to your available space, making it suitable for bedrooms, walk-in wardrobes, or even hallways. When styling, consider grouping similar textiles on the rack-like lightweight blouses or heavier coats-to create a cohesive look. You can also add baskets or small organisers on the shelves for extra storage of accessories or smaller items. Its neutral metal finish suits both modern and industrial styles, but it works just as well in eclectic or minimalist interiors, where its simplicity will blend seamlessly. This rack is a practical yet understated way to keep everyday clothes within easy reach while maintaining a tidy, streamlined space.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
