Part of the Snuz Kot Collection, this new Metallic version of the cot bed from Snuz helps you create a truly unique nursery tailored to your style. The Snuz Kot grows with your child from birth up to ten years, providing a comfortable and cosy environment as a cot then converting to a stylish toddler bed for use up to four years old. When extended to a Junior bed (kit available separately) your child can keep the bed they love for up to ten years, lasting longer than a standard cot bed. Key features: Modern and minimal in true Scandinavian style Converts from cot to toddler bed Three mattress base height settings Compact and cosy design for every nursery size Solid beech frame and stainless steel fixings No MDF or veneers Three mattress height settings for ease of access and a low level bed which helps your toddler when getting in and out. Mattress size required: 68 x 117cm. The Snuzkot Surface mattress (sold separately) fits this cot bed perfectly. Suitable from birth to 4 years as sold. Can be further used up to 10 years when used with the extension kit (sold separately). Please note: This product comes flat packed in 4 boxes. Self-assembly required. Caring for your Snuzkot: Regularly hand tighten all screws, avoid over-tightening as this may cause cross-threading and damage Take care to ensure that no screws or fixings are loose, as this could endanger a child and they could trap parts of the body or clothing which would pose a risk of strangulation. All assembly and fittings should be tightened properly and fittings should be checked regularly and re-tightened as necessary. This is a natural product and may be affected by extremely dry, humid or damp atmospheres Clean with a warm, slightly damp cloth, do not use abrasives or harsh detergents. Follow guidance provided with the mattress for it's cleaning method.

Our Stylist Says

I love this cot because of its sleek, modern design with a touch of glamour thanks to the metallic finish. It works particularly well in contemporary interiors or nurseries with minimalist or Scandinavian influences, where clean lines and subtle metallic accents add a stylish edge. To style around it, consider pairing with soft neutral tones or light woods to keep the space bright and airy, letting the metallic details stand out. Practical tips include adding cosy textiles like a textured blanket or plush cushion in muted colours for comfort, and ensuring the cot is positioned with good lighting, so its striking design is celebrated without overwhelming the room.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
