Our Stylist Says
I love this snuggly elephant rug for adding a playful yet cosy touch to a child’s room. Its neutral cream and brown tones make it versatile, working well in both modern minimalistic nurseries and more eclectic, fun schemes. It’s perfect for softening hard floors and creating a welcoming space for playtime or storytime. For styling tips, consider pairing it with natural textures like wood or rattan furniture to enhance the warm, comforting feel. Additionally, layering it under a simple cot or toddler bed can help define the area while adding a cheerful focal point. Its adorable design makes it an instant hit with kids, but it’s stylish enough for parents to appreciate too.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
