Our Stylist Says
I love this kid's bear-shaped rug for its playful yet cosy design, which adds a touch of warmth and fun to a child's room. It works particularly well in nursery or preschool interiors, especially when paired with neutral or pastel colour schemes to let the rug stand out. Practical styling tips include placing it near a reading nook or bed to create a comfy space, and layering with other soft textiles like cushions or throws for added warmth. Its simple brown and beige palette makes it versatile and easy to incorporate into various themes, from woodland to modern minimalism, making it an easy piece to update as your child's tastes evolve.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
