I’m a big fan of this little blue two-seater for smaller living rooms or snug corners. Its clean lines and slim, wooden legs suit Scandi and contemporary schemes, while the pop of petrol blue on the arms brings just enough colour without overwhelming the space.
Styling it is straightforward: pair with a neutral rug and pale walls to let the hue stand out, then add a couple of patterned cushions in soft greys or muted mustard for contrast. In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores".
