It works brilliantly in Scandi-inspired or mid-century schemes, especially when paired with white or stone-grey linens and light oak furniture. For styling, try folding a textured throw over one corner, stacking a couple of linen cushions against the mattress and sliding woven storage baskets underneath for a practical touch.
