Sleek, sturdy, and effortlessly stylish, this 3ft Single Metal Bed Frame is the perfect centrepiece for a modern or traditional bedroom alike. Crafted from high-quality tubular powder-coated steel, this bed frame combines durability with a timeless minimalist aesthetic. The smooth matte finish lends a touch of sophistication to any decor, while the clean lines and subtle curves bring a balanced sense of elegance and strength. Whether you're creating a contemporary urban retreat or adding a modern twist to a classic space, this versatile frame offers both form and function in perfect harmony. With a generous 36cm floor-to-frame height, this bed is more than just a beautiful statement piece - it's a clever space-saving solution too. The raised design provides ample room for under-bed storage, allowing you to tuck away boxes, baskets, or spare bedding with ease. Ideal for smaller bedrooms, guest rooms, or multifunctional living spaces, this thoughtful feature keeps your room looking effortlessly tidy while maximising every inch of your space. Designed with practicality and comfort in mind, the 190 x 90cm metal slatted sleeping area fits all UK standard single mattresses for a supportive night's rest. The sturdy slats enhance airflow beneath the mattress, promoting freshness and longevity without the need for bulky box springs. The result is a bed that looks beautiful, feels comfortable, and performs perfectly, night after night.
Our Stylist Says
I love this compact metal bed frame for its sleek, minimalist look and practical size, making it perfect for smaller bedrooms or guest rooms. Its black finish is versatile and works well in modern, industrial, and even Scandinavian interiors, providing a bold yet understated statement. To style around it, consider simple linens in soft, muted colours for a calm vibe, or add colourful cushions and throws for a pop of personality. Practical tips include layering with a cosy rug underneath, as shown in the picture, and pairing with a sturdy bed-side table or storage options under the frame for maximum functionality. Its clean lines make it adaptable to various interior schemes, whether you're aiming for a contemporary space or a more eclectic mix.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
