The Silentnight four drawer base consists of two easy pull out drawers to each side of the divan, ensuring you make the most of your bedroom space and proving you with ample space to keep any items safely stored away. Available in a range of colours and sizes this base is a good fit for any bedroom. Choose from Silentnight's range of smooth velvet or flat woven fabrics. Smooth Velvet: Featuring a very fine high pile, matt look, and extreme softness. It's soft feel and low sheen ensures smooth velvet remains a timeless favourite in home interior design. Smooth velvet beds are an affordable way to bring a touch of luxury into the bedroom. Colours: mink, dusky pink & maritime. Woven: Featuring a soft and subtle feel which is durable and long lasting. John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
