Silas is available in white boucle, black velvet, orange velvet and green velvet fabric. Keep your sofa looking great by vacuuming it once a week on a low setting using the upholstery attachment of your vacuum cleaner or using a soft hand brush to fluff up the fibres. Please be aware of the characteristics of velvet fabric before purchasing. Velvet's nap refers to the direction of its fibres, which can affect the fabric's appearance. Pile direction shading is a common characteristic that causes velvet to appear darker or lighter depending on the manufacturing process. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores".
