Description
Sicilia planters are hand-crafted using ancestral know-how in Ghana by a women's cooperative: each piece is the result of meticulous work. These planters are made by braiding Veta vera: a wild grass previously tinted in boiling water with natural dyes. Making one takes 2 weeks (excluding colouring). You’ll love its summery, ethnic, cheerful look. The warm, natural material is combined with a palette of vibrant, contemporary colours. You’ll find the iconic tones and famous stripes of Maison Sarah Lavoine. These braided planters will dress your plants in a range of summery, sunny shapes and colours.
