This modern shoe storage bench combines practical seating with smart organisational features for hallways, entryways, or bedrooms. The unit features two padded, fold-up seats that lift to reveal spacious hidden compartments—ideal for storing shoe care items, accessories, or small essentials. Beneath the seats, two cabinet doors open to reveal adjustable shelving on one side and fixed shelving on the other, accommodating shoes of varying heights including boots. The central open cubby provides quick-access storage for frequently worn footwear. Constructed from durable PB chipboard with a smooth grey finish and topped with a textured dark grey fabric cushion, the bench supports up to 150kg and comfortably seats two people while changing shoes. Its compact footprint (approx. 39.3" L x 18.5" W x 13.4" H) makes it suitable for tight spaces, including under-stair areas. Includes all hardware and assembly instructions.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
