Description
For sweet dreams. The Shirley upholstered bed from tectake envelops you in true comfort all night long. The easy-care, velvety-soft fabric with its distinctive box quilting not only looks inviting but also feels noticeably soft and comfortable when you lean back and relax. Solid foundation Beneath the cozy surface lies a robust construction: Twelve slats and a central support bar form the integrated slatted frame, which evenly supports your mattress and reliably prevents localized pressure points. The high-quality frame made of MDF and powder-coated steel also ensures tremendous stability, while the plastic feet guarantee sturdiness and protect the floor. An upgrade for the bedroom. The comfortable lying height makes both lying down after a long day and getting up early in the morning after the first alarm pleasantly easy. Assembling the upholstered bed is also quick, so you won’t have to wait long to snuggle into the feathers. Take your sleep to the next level with the Shirley upholstered bed from tectake.
Our Stylist Says
I love the Shirley bed for its sleek, contemporary look and versatile colour palette-its grey upholstery pairs well with both neutral and bold decor schemes. The off-white headboard adds a subtle touch of elegance, making it suitable for modern, minimalist, or even luxe interiors. When styling around this frame, consider adding textured bedding, throw pillows, or layered linens to soften the look and create a cosy feel. It’s a practical choice for a master bedroom or guest room, especially in larger spaces, thanks to its superking size. To complete the look, keep the surrounding decor simple and focus on statement lighting or artwork to draw the eye and elevate the overall aesthetic.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
