Our Stylist Says
This pink velvet Ottoman and storage bed makes a bold, contemporary statement that works particularly well in playful, youthful interiors or modern bedrooms that embrace colour. I love its plush velvet finish, which adds a layer of softness and a luxe touch, ideal for creating a cosy space. The gaslift mechanism makes it practical for everyday use, providing easy access to the storage underneath-perfect for decluttering while keeping essentials close at hand. To style around it, consider pairing with neutral bedding and accenting with matching or contrasting accessories like cushions or throws in softer pastel shades or metallic hints for a more sophisticated look. Its safety siderails add reassurance, making it suitable for younger children or as a versatile addition in multi-functional spaces.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
