Our Stylist Says
I love this piece for its playful, bold colours and fun seaside vibe, making it a great statement piece for relaxed or youthful interiors. The shark on the beach has a whimsical touch that works particularly well in kids' bedrooms, playrooms, or even a casual lounge aiming for a light-hearted feel. When styling, consider pairing it with simple, neutral furnishings to let the artwork stand out, or incorporate yellows and ocean blues elsewhere in the room for a cohesive look. It’s also versatile enough to bring a splash of colour to hallways or larger spaces if calibrated with other colourful accents. Practical tips include hanging it at eye level in a prominent spot to really maximise its impact, and pairing with minimal accessories to keep the focus on the playful design.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
