Our Severn Swivel Recliner is our best selling recliner chair. This product, despite being a narrow model, has a spacious seating area and is ideal for your living room or home office. The chair is constructed from solid hardwood and foam covered for comfort. The chair is upholstered in soft, durable bonded leather although some faux leather match is used on the lower stress areas including, but not limited to, the back and sides of the chair.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
