Description

Extend the comfort on your home outdoors with our chic Hampstead rattan chairs. Crafted from plastic that's designed to look like bamboo, the wide-sweeping seat and arms make for a relaxing recline. Natural open style weave combined with the powder-coated steel hairpin legs encompasses Scandinavian trends. This blend of materials enhances the versatility of this piece, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor lounging.

Our Stylist Says

I love these Hampstead wicker chairs for their relaxed, natural look that adds warmth and texture to any dining space. They work particularly well in coastal, boho, or Scandinavian interiors where light, neutral tones and organic materials are key. Practical styling tips include pairing them with a simple wooden or glass-topped table to highlight their craftsmanship, and adding cushions for extra comfort. These chairs also transition seamlessly from indoor to outdoor settings, making them versatile for a conservatory or patio setup. Their airy design ensures they don’t feel bulky, keeping the space feeling open and inviting.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
