Description

Sakura is the name for cherry blossom season in Japan. These five handmade panels display traditional paintings of flowers and birds in a quietly elegant style. The designs are hand painted onto ochre-stained glass, which then casts shadows on the wall for a 3D effect when the light shines through them. Each piece will have individual characteristics due to the artisanal process.

Our Stylist Says

I love this set of five Sakura wall art panels because of their subtle distressed ochre tone, which brings warmth and a touch of understated elegance to a space. They work particularly well in minimalist or contemporary interiors, adding visual interest without overwhelming the room. To style them effectively, consider hanging in a symmetrical arrangement over a neutral sofa or bed, or pairing with natural materials like wood or linen for a calming, cohesive look. Since the panels are versatile, they can also sit comfortably in eclectic or boho interiors, where their slightly weathered finish adds character and depth. Practical tip: keep surrounding accessories simple to let the artwork stand out or use lighting to highlight their textures and colours.
