Our Stylist Says
I love this set for its contemporary yet versatile aesthetic, thanks to the combination of oak and gunmetal finish. It works particularly well in modern or industrial-style interiors, adding warmth without compromising on a sleek look. The bar table’s clean lines and sturdy construction make it ideal for small kitchens or open-plan living spaces, and it can effortlessly be styled with colourful or textured bar stools to introduce personality. Practical tips include balancing the positioning of the table near natural light for a bright dining spot, or teaming it with minimalist accessories to keep the space uncluttered and functional. Overall, it’s a smart choice for elevating everyday dining and casual gatherings.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
