Our Stylist Says
I really like these solar stake lights for their sleek, modern look, which works well in contemporary garden styles or minimalist outdoor spaces. The silver finish adds a touch of sophistication and can complement metal fixtures or grey stone pathways. They're perfect for highlighting borders, driveways, or patio areas with minimal effort, thanks to their solar-powered design which makes them both practical and eco-friendly. For styling tips, consider grouping a few along a pathway to create a subtle, inviting glow, or use them to accentuate garden features like a seating area or water feature - they provide functional illumination without overpowering the landscape. Overall, they’re a versatile addition to any outdoor setting, offering both style and practicality.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
