Our Stylist Says
These swivel bar stools nod to modern, minimalist schemes with their sleek black quilted PU leather finish-they’re both practical and stylish. I love how the quilting adds subtle texture, making them look more premium without feeling fussy. They work really well in contemporary kitchens, open-plan living spaces, or even in a home bar area, especially when paired with neutral tones or monochrome palettes. For styling, consider pairing with a marble or wooden countertop to add some contrast, and keep accessories like metallic barware or cosy throws nearby to create a welcoming, functional vibe. Their swivel function also makes them perfect for socialising, allowing for easy movement without the need for cluttered furniture.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
