Our Stylist Says
I’m a fan of these cream cantilever chairs for their clean lines and versatile neutral tone. The chrome frame adds a touch of modern edge, making them ideal in contemporary, Scandinavian or minimalist dining spaces. They’ll also sit comfortably alongside a marble-effect or glass-top table without overpowering the room. For styling, add a slim woven cushion in muted pastels or soft greys to bring subtle texture, and anchor the chairs on a low-pile rug in a complementary shade. In open-plan homes, position them near a tall potted plant or slim console to create a casual transition from kitchen to living area. Their wipe-clean fabric and lightweight frame mean you can move them around for extra seating whenever you need.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
